Jerold E. Levine has advised and represented hundreds of clients before the courts and government agencies of New York. With more than 20 years experience in cases involving government letter notices, complaints, investigations, charges and specifications, hearings, trials, appeals, court proceedings and license reinstatements, Mr. Levine provides knowledgeable counsel to professionals in O.P.M.C. and O.P.D. licensing and disciplinary matters.

Mr. Levine has acquired significant skill at assessing the legal dangers that face professionals who are subject to government investigation or other action, and he advises about the ancillary legal and other issues that can arise from a professional misconduct case.
